This website is operated by Pure Rend Limited(“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Bude, Cornwall. PureRend is the trading name we use on this site.

When we say “you” or “your” in these terms, we mean anyone who visits or uses purerend.com.

2. Use of the website

These terms govern your use of purerend.com. By browsing, reading or otherwise using the site you agree to follow them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

The information on this site is for general guidance only. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free or current. Please don't do anything with the site that's unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with how it works for other people.

All content on this website — including the words, photos of completed jobs, illustrations, icons, logos, branding, layouts and code — is © Pure Rend Limited or our licensors, and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

You can browse and read the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, adapt or otherwise use any of our content for any other purpose without our prior written permission. If you'd like to use something, please get in touch and ask — we're reasonable.

4. Quotes are not contracts

Sending us an enquiry through the contact form, by phone, email or WhatsApp does not create a contractbetween you and us. It's simply a request for us to come and have a look at your job.

We give free, no-obligation quotes subject to a site visit. A quote is an estimate based on what we can see on the day, and is normally valid for 30 days. A binding contract is only formed once we've issued written terms for a specific job and you've agreed to them in writing (for example by signing or by replying to confirm acceptance).

5. Service delivery (separate terms)

These website terms cover the website. They don'tcover the actual rendering work we do for you. When we quote for a job, the job-specific terms — including the scope of work, scaffolding, materials, payment schedule and timescales — are sent to you with the written quote at that time.

Once you've agreed to those job-specific terms in writing, they form the contract for that specific piece of work alongside any other terms we've discussed.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep this website useful, but we can't guarantee it's suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for any indirect, special or consequential losses (such as loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of data) that arise from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK consumer law.

7. Your consumer rights

If you're a consumer (a homeowner having work done on your home, rather than a business), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In particular, any service we carry out for you must be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time and at a reasonable price (where a price hasn't been fixed in advance).

Our website may link out to other sites — for example, social platforms where we share photos of completed jobs, or partner websites. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or anything that happens when you use them.
